This rosin boasts an impressive appearance, starting with its pale, off-white hue that immediately catches the eye. Before stirring, it has a beautiful, glistening finish that practically sparkles. After stirring, it transforms into an incredibly wet and terpy texture that looks absolutely stunning. Over time, it developed a slight sugary consistency.
Aroma
The aroma of this strain is absolutely spot on. As soon as I cracked the jar, I’m greeted by a delightful sweet slight cherry scent with a tangy undertone that I absolutely love. It’s exactly what this strain should smell like a perfect balance of sweetness and zest that keeps you coming back for more.
Taste
The terps on this one are absolutely phenomenal it’s a perfect match to the way it smells. When I dab it I’m hit with sweet, tangy, mouthwatering aroma. The magic doesn’t stop there. I dabbed it, the flavor came through just as intensely as the nose promised, delivering that unmistakable tropical burst. If you’re a fan of tropical strains, like I am, this is an absolute must try.
Overall
Tropical Cherry is easily one of my favorite strains from Grow Sciences and, in my opinion, one of the best rosin options on Arizona’s rec market. I’ve tried it in multiple forms cold cure, fresh press, melt, and even cured full melt (piattella) and every version has been excellent. The cold cure, in particular, keeps getting more dialed in with each release, which is incredible. The effects are energizing, putting me in a “get up and go” mood with a pleasant body high. My only suggestion would be for more brands to adopt packaging like Miron or pop-vac jars, as they preserve hash better than standard twist-offs, which may have caused that sugaring. That said, this strain is amazing. Grow Sciences and Hash Paddler really outdid themselves with this one!
