Appearance

The jar design on this rosin was pretty cool, featuring strawberries on vines wrapped all around it a nice, eye-catching touch. The rosin itself looked promising at first glance, with a slightly moist texture and a golden color when I cracked it open. However, after giving it a stir, the consistency turned unexpectedly dry and almost flaky.

Aroma

The aroma of this strain is surprisingly inviting, especially considering its looks. It greets you with a creamy, earthy base that feels smooth and rich, layered with sweet strawberry notes that cut through and brighten the profile. The balance between the creamy and fruity tones is well-executed, making it a captivating and enjoyable nose.

Taste

This strain offered a solid terp profile, nothing particularly bold or to write home about it just a decent jar of hash which is never a bad thing. The flavor was subtle yet enjoyable, with sweet strawberry notes taking the lead on the inhale, followed by a gentle, creamy funk finish on the exhale. While the terps were mild overall and didn’t pack a major punch, the balance was pleasant enough to keep me coming back for more.

Overall

With Masterball Melts and Willardz behind this jar, I went in expecting something special but this one was just alright in my opinion. Willardz involvement played a big role in my decision to go with Dulce De Fresa over other options, especially since I’ve had some phenomenal hash made from his flower in the past. However, this one didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The hash had a dry texture, and the terp profile was more muted than I’m used to from them. That said, Dulce De Fresa did deliver on effects super relaxing without leaving me feeling tired or couch-locked. It was a good experience overall, but it lacked that “wow” factor I was hoping for. While it wasn’t the best Dulce De Fresa I’ve had, it definitely wasn’t bad either. Props to Masterball Melts and Willardz for their work on this one!
