Appearance
The appearance on the rosin was super nice, it opened up to a wet terpy look with an white ivory white color with quite a bit of terp bubbles present throughout. The jar was visually clean, with no contaminants visible to the naked eye or even under my phoneās macro lens. Over time, the consistency did change from that wet, easy to scoop texture into more of a sugary, slightly dry but wet consistency. It wasn't dried out by any means and still retained some moisture, but it developed a texture that required you to slice through it a bit before scooping it onto your tool. While I personally preferred the fresh, wet consistency it had upon opening, more than likely this was caused due to the jars being used.

The jar design was simple, using a shallow black, flat container rather than an authentic black miron jar with the āmā stamped on the bottom, which I would have preferred as they preserve the hash better. The jar featured two stickers, one on the top and one on the bottom. The top sticker had a trippy psychedelic vibe to it with bright neon colors all over the place with a portal look to it. It also had the cultivar āMendojaā at the top in yellow and then āTrichadelicsā on the bottom with the strain name āOGZā in the middle in a bright array of colors with a trippy font that looks like it's melting. The bottom sticker was just a small black sticker that had the jar name, genetics, form of concentrate, micron range and weight.
Aroma
The aroma is nice and loud. When I crack the jar the smell just comes bursting out with a pungent sharp earthy gassy kush smell along with some slight nutty notes and a faint ever so slight sweetness layered in. The sweetness is very subtle and slightly like zkittlez but not too intense. It smells really nice and complex and definitely leans heavily toward the SFV OG side of the genetics with that earthy gassy kush profile, with little to no Zkittlez coming through on the aroma.
Taste
The taste is really nice and translates very similarly to the aroma, but slightly different and a bit more complex. I get a mouth coating earthy buttery gassy kush flavor just like the aroma, but where it differs is that I pick up some zkittlez terps layered into the profile. As the dab progresses, those distinct sweet citrus cream zkittlez notes begin to show themselves a bit more, but they never fully take over and remain masked behind all that earthy gassy kush flavor. I also noticed those zkittlez terps tend to come through more at lower temperatures, while hotter dabs seem to bring out the earthy gas and kush notes fully. The flavor also lingers on the palate well after the exhale, leaving behind those earthy gassy terps, while the zkittlez taste pretty much went obsolete.
Burn/Smoothness
The rosin dabbed clean on the nail leaving behind a light golden translucent color, and not a dark or murky color which would indicate there's quite a bit of contaminants. It also dabbed very smooth and clean with no background noise even when testing out higher temps which was really nice.
Effects
The high is really nice with a nice heavy hitting head high especially in the eyes and back of the head with also a warm body high that's really nice and will have you pretty spaced out. I found myself enjoying this one mostly before bed when I wanted to unwind, but it also was nice sometimes during the morning with my coffee when I was looking for a strong dab before crushing the day.
Overall
This was a great jar from Trichadelics and Mendoja Farms, no doubt about that. The main reason I decided to grab this jar was because I had been craving some good OGZ terps and also it had been a while since I had anything from Trichadelics, who consistently puts out quality smoke in my experience so with that in mind, I figured this one would be a safe bet, and it definitely did not disappoint.Ā

Trichadelics is a California based hash maker and cultivator whose main focus is hash making. Trichadelics has been at it for quite some time, with some of his work dating back to early 2015 where he was already growing, pressing rosin, and producing full melt, although his journey may have started even earlier, that's just the earliest stuff I was able to find. Trichadelics is clearly passionate about what he does and you can see that through his work and after more than 11 years in the scene, it's obvious this is something he genuinely loves.Trichadelics has collaborated with a number of respected brands over the years by washing their material, including Mendoja Farms, Lokey Farms, Symbiotic Farms, Surefire Selections, and others. In addition to these collaborations, he occasionally releases limited single source batches, which can take upwards of 130 days from start to finish, showing just how much time, effort, and care goes into every jar.

The jar easily checked pretty much all the boxes for me. The aroma, taste, burn/smoothness, and effects were all solid and made for a great experience. The only area where it fell short was the appearance and it wasn't bad by any means. The rosin upon opening, had a beautiful wet and terpy consistency but over time it started to develop that dry sugary yet slightly wet texture that I'm personally not the biggest fan of. It was still workable and retained its moisture, but it wasn't quite as appealing as when it was first opened. This was likely due to the jar being used rather than the hash itself, besides that, all boxes were checked.

This was a great jar from Trichadelics and Mendoja Farms, which honestly came as no surprise as they usually knock it out of the park when they collaborate. What surprised me most was how much of the zkittlez came through in the flavor considering the aroma was almost entirely dominated by earthy gassy notes with very little of those sweet fruity distinct zkittlez terps present at all. The contrast between the aroma and the taste made for a really enjoyable experience and added some complexity to the profile, as the flavor revealed terps that the aroma didn't hint at. I would 100% grab this again even with the steep price point this brand demands as it delivered in pretty much every category and the terp profile was expressed really well. Shoutout to Trichadelics and Mendoja Farms!
