Appearance
The appearance was good, opening up to a light pale beige/ivory color with a wet, terpy, soupy consistency with terp bubbles scattered throughout, so wet that some of the rosin seeped onto the underside of the lid. The jar was visually clean, with no contaminants visible to the naked eye or even under my phoneās macro lens. The consistency started off with that wet and easy to scoop, stable enough that it didnāt drip off the tool, but over time it changed into a sugary, slightly drier texture that required slicing through before scooping, which seems typical for this brand based on my past experiences. I personally prefer the fresh, wet consistency right upon opening, but the change doesnāt affect the hash itself, so itās not a big deal. I mention this all the time, but Iām sure this consistency change is due to the jars rather than the hash, and I think real authentic miron jars with the āmā on the bottom would store the rosin better and prevent this from happening.
ā
The jar design was simple, using a shallow black, flat container rather than an authentic black miron jar with the āmā stamped on the bottom, which I would have preferred as they preserve the hash better as mentioned. The jar featured two stickers, one on the top and one on the bottom. The top sticker had a black background with a rainbow smoke outline with āTrichadelicsā written in the top in all caps in yellow with āRainbow Taffyā underneath, where Rainbow has each letter in a different color of the rainbow and taffy is in a taffy wrapper color scheme and had the Lokey Farms logo to the left of Taffy. The bottom sticker was just a small black sticker that had the jar name, genetics, form of concentrate, micron range and weight.
Aroma
The aroma on this one was nice and very loud with a strong invigorating sharp earthy gassy pine smell on the upfront with an ever so slight layered in sweetness underneath that slightly pokes out at times but for the most part itās dominated by that earthy gassy smell which is all the gassy taffy genetics.
Taste
The taste is similar to the aroma but not quite identical. Itās a great blend of sweet, buttery, floral notes with gassy, earthy terps that create a nice, complex profile. What surprised me was how much the rainbow belts flavor came through, since it was almost absent in the aroma. Those strong gassy, earthy terps I picked up on the nose werenāt as prominent in the flavor but still very present. After dabbing, I was left with those sweet, buttery rainbow belts terps lingering on the palate, with just a slight hint of that earthy gas taste. I really enjoyed the terp profile on this one, very complex.i most definitely enjoyed the terp profile on this one and loved how complex it was.
Burn/Smoothness
The rosin dabbed very clean on the nail leaving behind a light golden translucent color, and not a dark or murky color which would indicate there's quite a bit of contaminants. It also dabbed smooth and clean with no background noise even when testing out higher temps which I always appreciate.
Effects
The high is nice and potent. It had a very nice head high and body high that had you just chilling I definitely didn't want to do much after dabbing this one but I did enjoy dabbing it in the morning with my coffee sometimes while chilling on my trip as some days I wasn't doing much so a nice morning dab never hurt.
Overall
This was a great jar from Trichadelics and Lokey Farms, no doubt about that. The main reason I decided to grab this jar was because I had tried a dab from a friend a while back and remembered it being good. Another reason is this seems to be a staple in the Trichadelics lineup, so I figured if it keeps coming back, I should definitely see whatās up.

Trichadelics is a California based hash maker and cultivator whose main focus is hash making. Trichadelics has been at it for quite some time, with some of his work dating back to early 2015 where he was already growing, pressing rosin, and producing full melt, although his journey may have started even earlier, that's just the earliest stuff I was able to find. Trichadelics is clearly passionate about what he does and you can see that through his work and after more than 11 years in the scene, it's obvious this is something he genuinely loves. Trichadelics has collaborated with a number of respected brands over the years by washing their material, including Mendoja Farms, Lokey Farms, Symbiotic Farms, Sure Fire Selctions, and others. In addition to these collaborations, he occasionally releases limited single source batches, which can take upwards of 130 days from start to finish, showing just how much time, effort, and care goes into every jar.

This jar easily checked pretty much all the boxes for me. The aroma, taste, burn/smoothness, and effects were all really nice and made for a great experience. The only area where it fell short slightly was the appearance, and it wasnāt bad by any means. As mentioned the rosin opened to a nice consistency and color, but over time it started to develop that dry, sugary yet slightly wet texture that Iām personally not the biggest fan of. It was still workable and retained its moisture, but it wasnāt quite as appealing as when it was first opened. I noticed that this is the case with most jars I get from this brand and think it comes down to the jars being used rather than the hash itself. I think a real micron jar would store the rosin better over time.

This was an amazing jar from Trichadelics and Lokey Farms, and that's never a surprise as Trichadelics is never a let down. Trichadelics is always priced well above market average, but the quality you receive is never a let down, or at least I have yet to be let down. What I found interesting about this jar was how much the sweet rainbow belts taste came out on the platate in contrast to the aroma which had almost none and was dominated by the gassy taffy genetics. I would definitely snag this again even with the steep price point the brand demands as it delivered in every category and I personally really enjoyed the terp profile. Shoutout to Trichadelics and Lokey Farms I can see why this one is always around!
