Hash 🍯🍋⛽️: Sour Trilly (2 grams) (Cold Cure) (90-120u) by Feel Good x Yardie Chronic
Genetics 🧬: Sour BX3 by Karma Genetics (Bobby Trill Cut)
Setup: Rev (Rig), Toro Slurper XL (Nail), Highly Educated (Pillar), Dab Rite Pro (Temp Reader), Disorderly Conduction (Heating Element)
Temp 🌡️: 515°F
Appearance 👀: The appearance on this rosin was nice. It opened to a very wet and terpy look with an ivory color that has a faint light buttery yellow tint. When looking closer I could also spot quite a bit of terp bubbles present. The jar was visually clean, with no contaminants visible to the naked eye or even under my phone’s macro lens. When I dipped my dab tool it had the exact consistency I thought it would have based on looks with a very wet but stable texture that was easy to scoop and looks like it wanted to drip off the dab tool but was stable and held its shape.
The rosin came in an authentic miron jar with the “m” stamped on the bottom. The jar design also kept that classic Feel Good look that we all know. The jar had an all around black color scheme with a light turquoise color. The top sticker had the iconic Feel Good smiley face in that turquoise color and then the wrap around had the jar name “Sour Trilly” in a graffiti style in that turquoise blue color along with other details on the jar like micron range, gram weight, collab logo and noted it’s a limited collab. 9.1/10
Aroma 👃: The nose on the jar was really nice. When I cracked it open, I got a loud, pungent, sharp chemical sour aroma with strong acidic notes bursting out. I also get a hint of sweetness layered underneath that comes out slightly but for the most part you just get those acidic sour notes. It’s an enjoyable smell that almost reminds me of Pine Sol, but with its own unique twist. 9/10
Taste 👅: The taste translates really well from the nose. I get a really nice lung expansion on the inhale with straight acidic sour terps, almost like biting into a lemon, layered in with a slight chemical note that comes out more on the exhale, balancing it into more of a sour chemical profile. There’s also an ever so slight sweet note underneath that comes out slightly as well. The flavor also lingers on the palate for a bit before slowly fading, which was nice. 8.9/10
Burn/Smoothness 🧼:The rosin burned real nice on the nail leaving behind a very light golden translucent color, and not a dark or murky color which would indicate there's quite a bit of contaminants. There was also no visible charring or black specs on the nail. The jar also dabbed smooth even when testing those higher temps with no harshness or discomfort which I enjoyed. 9.2/10
Effects 😁: This jar had great effects and was rather potent, which is what I was hoping for. I get hit instantly with a strong cerebral head high that feels heavy on the eyes, paired with a light body high. I enjoyed dabbing this in the morning or during the day since it did not put me to sleep but still delivered a potent functioning high. 9/10
Overall 📝: This was an amazing jar from Feel Good and Yardie Chronic. The reason I decided to grab this jar is because I’ve always heard people mention how fire this one is, and I also wanted something that packed a nice punch, you really can’t go wrong with some Sour Diesel for that. This jar is also usually gone fast since it’s one of Feel Good’s more limited collabs and one of the more heavily sought after drops, but luckily a good friend blessed me with a jar from their headstash, so shout out to them for that. This strain has clearly become a staple in the Feel Good lineup over time, having been grown by a few solid cultivators now including Lil Dreds Farms, Burning Rope Farms, Yardie, and even in house.
Feel Good, is a well known hash brand out of California that started in 2019 and has been going crazy since. They primarily focus on collaborations with many different cultivars, like this one which was cultivated by Yardie Chronic along with having some of their own single source drops. They are also known for dropping a wide variety of flavors per release, often well over 20, which sets them apart from many brands that typically release closer to six or so.
The jar easily checked all the boxes, no complaints on this jar at all. The appearance, aroma, flavor, burn, and effects were all solid.
This was a great jar from Feel Good and Yardie, they definitely killed it. I will say this is probably one of my favorite jars I’ve tried from Feel Good, and I can see why a lot of reps tend to keep this one for themselves. I would most definitely grab this jar again as it checked all the boxes and I really enjoyed both the terp profile and the high. I’d also recommend it to anyone who enjoys those nice sour acidic Pine-Sol type terps. Shoutout to Feel Good and Yardie! 9/10
